Bridget Macklin

Bridget creates unique, fragile ceramics which tell the story of her obsession with landscape: the power of the natural forces which shape our moors, mountains, cliffs and coasts.

 Geology is at the core of Macklin's work. She cannot go anywhere near a rock without exploding with ecstasy.  Bridget never cease to be amazed by the sense of power within these contorted, fractured layers.  This is the basis of all her work.
